About this apartment rental
Newly renovated 2 rooms about 45 sqm apartment in beach house style with sea views and south-facing balcony. Modern equipped with kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, iron and ironing board, coffee machine and kettle).
Very quiet. The property is located directly on the sea. A private beach path leads through the dune to the white sandy beach. The Föhrer 27 hole golf course is about 500 meters from the apartment and the sports airfield with the popular airfield restaurant is 200 meters away. 300m to Lipsi Beach Club and 850m to Schapers Beach Bistro. Marina and ferry pier about 2 km on the beautiful beach promenade. The bus stop is 50 meters away. The parking lot belonging to the apartment is right on the doorstep. Sehr sauber und moderne Unterkunft mit sehr guter Lage die Insel Föhr kennen zu lernen. Wunderschöne Sicht vom Balkon und Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch.

Die Unterkunft war ganz ok; Stühle am Esstisch waren leider etwas durchgesessen, aber mit einem Kissen ging es. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es uns - beide Ü60 - mit den Korbstühlen im Wohnbereich zu ungemütlich, zum sitzen eher etwas für jüngere Leute. Schade fanden wir auch, dass man die Kammer nicht richtig als zusätzlichen Strauraum nutzen konnte, da hier noch die ganzen Farben gelagert waren. Auch wurde in der Anzeige geschrieben "frisch renoviert". Das mag stimmen, aber schade, dass es an den Wänden schon wieder diverse dunkle Flecken oder Striche gab und auch nicht alle Bilder an der Wand befestigt waren, sondern nur z.B. auf der Kommode abgestellt wurden. Auch hierdurch kommt es natürlich schnell wieder zu "Verunreinigungen" der Wände. Schlüssel Über- und Rückgabe erfolgte problemlos, der Kontakt, die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr nett.
