Pool & Spa Charges and Information:
* There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
* The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
* Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars.
Please pick up parking rules at guard gate. Parking is strictly enforced.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort may tow.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk.
No motorcycle parking is allowed at this resort.

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

We had stayed nearby but never in this exact community before. The amenities provided by the clubhouse/main pool area make this house a huge bargain. Access to Disney Parks is quick and easy, but make sure to take a day to relax at the big pool!
Had a couple small issues in the house mostly related to our pool, but communication was good and they were resolved quickly. The house itself is spacious and generally well-maintained. We would come back.

Very nice House . The only reason that I give you one star for cleaning. It's because a broken lamp was hidden in the closet. I called and they never sent nobody to pick him up.

Wow, is the only way I know to explain this experience! This vacation was hassle free! From day one the response times and communication was wonderful. The property was just as described. We really enjoyed it. We will be back!
