Discover our stylish, spacious 3 bed, 2 bath home with stunning lake views and generous front and back yards. Located at the heart of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, only 10 mins from Penn Yan, 15 mins from Geneva, and 25 mins from Watkins Glen. Our central location offers easy access to the areas renowned attractions.
Step onto the front deck and enter into the spacious center of the home, featuring an open concept layout with the living room, dining room, and kitchen seamlessly connected. The master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bath is located at the south end, while at the north end you'll find another bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with a full size bed, and a shared full bathroom.
Off the dining room, a second deck leads down to the patio, where you can enjoy outdoor dining and grilling. Towards the back southern end of the home, you'll find a convenient laundry room.
Guests will have access to the entire home.
