New high-quality holiday apartment located in the former farm-inn named "Müller".
The apartment, located in the beautiful Saarland, is surrounded by premium certified hiking trails and long distances.
This new 42 m² apartment was completed in November 2022. It is on one level and the first floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It has its own garden suitable for barbecues and inviting to relax.
The apartment is entered through a large barn door. This one is light, with high stucco ceilings and furnished with great style.
Underfloor heating for the cold season and concrete core cooling in summer ensure that guests enjoy absolute comfort in all seasons. With its photovoltaic system and geothermal energy for heating and air conditioning, this apartment is qualified as sustainable and emission-free.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment.
For electric vehicles, a charging station powered by the photovoltaic system is available.
Bicycles and e-bikes can be parked and charged in a separate room in which there is also a dog shower with hot water and dry towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are of course included in the apartment.
For the 55m² terrace, sun loungers and chairs with cushions, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue are available. The terrace is completely fenced. And if you don't want to cook or barbecue yourself, the bistro-pizzeria "Alte Schule" is just a few minutes' walk away. Here you can enjoy Mediterranean and regional dishes.
Next to our holiday home "Müller", there is a 750 m² spa (included in the complex), which has everything you need to make your stay in the "Saarschleifenland" unforgettable and unique. Starting with the 11x11m wellness barn, which houses a saltwater pool 8mx3.75mx1.55m deep, heated all year round to 28°C. There is also a 2.3mx2.7m Finnish sauna that can accommodate up to 10 people. In addition, there is an effusion and jet shower as well as a beautiful relaxation room for very cold days.
Outside the wellness barn is a south-facing covered hot tub with air and massage nozzles. Up to 8 people can enjoy it. The whole is surrounded by a large "Lounge" type garden conducive to rest and relaxation.

Very nice, fully equipped appartment on the ground floor with garden (sun in the afternoon). After arrival (key box), the owner stopped by for a short tour. Cooking oil, spices, kitchen paper, tea, coffee (cups and ground), detergents, coal for the BBQ, everything is there. We did not found the airconditioning which was mentioned in the description (we did not ask the owner, because it was not necessary).

We enjoyed our stay in the cozy, very well-equipped and new appartment - and of course the SPA with a Finnish Sauna oven (with fire). The landlord was very welcoming and friendly.
The surroundings are nice for hiking trips, e.g. on the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig along the "Saarschleife" / Cloef, but also for bike trips or city trips to Luxembourg, Saarburg or Trier which are nearby and worth a visit too.
