Though I wasn't in Seattle for vacation, my stay in Candice's studio in North Capitol Hill was great! The studio is clean, charming and comfortable; and its location is ideal, with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby, as well as easily accessible public transportation close by.

Spotless and well located -- great for a brief stay in the city. Don't expect personality (this does not feel like someone's home), but it had everything we needed. The management company was communicative and friendly. Bring earplugs, as the plumbing from above is a bit loud -- but I wouldn't let this deter you from staying. Recommend overall.

The condo was new and very clean. Parking a car is challenging but can be done. We were visiting our daughter who lives in the neighborhood so location was great for us. We missed not being able to see out a window to check on the weather. There were no instructions provided on how to connect to commercial television for local broadcast channels. Experienced a lot of frustration over trying to accomplish this. Had difficulty connecting to the internet with the given instructions. Could not locate the box under the TV as instructed. Could not locate the iron and ironing board that was listed as available. Would have been nice to have kleenex available.

The location of the apartment is great and the apartment itself is clean but basic and a little dark. The check in/out process is a nightmare since the key has to be retrieved downtown, adding unnecessary trips and the inconvenience of hauling luggage all over town.
