This gorgeous pet friendly, rear flat will be your perfect stopover destination. Close to Nelson Bay CBD, Nelson Bay Marina, famous Little Beach, Clubs and only a 5 minute drive to Shoal Bay Beach and restaurant precinct.
The flat features a small lounge area with TV, kitchenette (with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric frying pan) plus a master bedroom with Double bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds and good sized bathroom. To make your stay even easier, this property provides linen and bath towels with all beds made up prior to your arrival. You just need to bring your own soap, shampoo & personal items along with your beach towels.
Bring your dog and take advantage of the grassed backyard and onsite kennel. The perfect base and location to explore all that The Bay has to offer.

Great location to many aspects of dog friendly beaches, views, natural beauty, great food ( try authentic Thai nearby! Fab!!) great accommodation, very well catered for. Clean. Beautiful fully enclosed safe garden with well established citrus trees. Don’t want to rave too much otherwise won’t be available for us to return 🤣

Conveniently situated this small but clean and tidy property is ideal for a short stay. Can accommodate 4 people, just about, but lack of a cooker is an inconvenience. Garden for our Cavoodle puppy was clean and well maintained.Would thoroughly recommend but remind of the limitations.

The property was fresh and clean and in a good location. I was disappointed that the bed was not a Queen as advertised, but a Double bed which was too small to sleep in. All the mattresses on the beds were old, uncomfortable, and very soft to sleep on. Off-street parking is inconvenient, even though the property has plenty of parking on the side of the house. After swimming at the beach it's nice to have a fresh shower to wash off the salt and sand, but there is no water pressure just a slow trickle. Privacy is limited and owners can easily access your back yard-even though I was told that they wouldn't do so. I felt my privacy was very limited and encroached when I walked outside my door to find the owner watering the backyard that I had paid for over the Xmas break to use, and then they returned and re-entered the yard later in the evening. My dog was unable to use the yard fully as the owner turned on 2 sprinklers without my knowledge or any warning from the property manager.
