Kingsley Beach House - Ocean Views and Stroll to Boat Harbour Beach
(Do you have more than 10 in your group? Make sure you also look at Little Kingsley - located at the back of the main house, it sleeps up to another 5 people).
From the minute you drive up and see the Hamptons style exterior of this beachfront holiday home you will be blown away. On entry level you will find the perfect parents retreat complete with queen size bed, lounge area, a desk (for those who can't escape work) a huge TV and stunning bathroom and laundry. Venture upstairs for a light filled reading nook with views out to the ocean and even a range of books for you to enjoy.
As you enter the hub of the home you will instantly see the magnificent new kitchen with everything you need to cook a wonderful meal! A gorgeous dining suite that seats 10, a large comfortable lounge, big screen TV, Free Wifi, split system air conditioning, multiple sliding doors to enjoy the ocean air and the large deck with BBQ to soak up the amazing views!
If you can tear yourself away from this beautiful space at the end of the day, luxury awaits you in the two queen size bedrooms and two magnificent bathrooms.
The kids have been cared for too with their own private loft escape. Four single beds, lounge area, TV and a Play Station (including some games) will keep them happy for hours.
Kingsley Beach House provides you with absolutely everything you need to feel at home and enjoy your beachside holiday. (Note: no garage is available at this property, however the driveway can fit up to 3 cars). To make your stay even easier, this property provides linen and bath towels with all beds made up prior to your arrival. You just need to bring your own soap, shampoo & personal items along with your beach towels.
Surrounded by National Parklands, Boat Harbour offers a protected sandy beach, ideal for the little ones. There is a council park for family picnics (including a BBQ) and a good surf break at Kingsley Beach. Fisherman will enjoy casting out into the calm waters from one of the many rocky waterfront positions or launch your boat from Boat Harbour Beach.
Watch the whales as they play off the shore, walk to two famous whale watching look-outs or sit and watch them come by from the balcony.
Note: No smoking at this property. No pets. We actively enforce a no party / no schoolies / no excessive noise policy.
Important Note: Kingsley Beach House has a $600 security deposit payable on each booking. The host will contact you directly prior to your arrival for payment of the Security Deposit. If the Security Deposit is not paid, you will not be given access to the property. The Security Deposit will be refunded once you have vacated and the property has been checked and cleaned.

Accommodating property for two families. Kids loved the loft space and the adults the open plan living. Both these spaces allowed the families to bond in the rainy weather. Location is great and the short walk to the calm beach is a bonus. Not far at all for us to go 4wd on beach and close to shops and Shoal Bay.

The place was fantastic and catered for all our needs and wants! Each space was up to date and uniquely designed, we fit all 9 of us in the home and all the beds were super comfortable. The outdoor area was nice and relaxing and had a great view. The place looked much larger in person and even better too!! We could not fault a thing, and will happily recommend to all friends and family!! Aircon was great through the day and the heating system also when it got cololer!! Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Thank you again

We had a girls weekend away. Our guests were aged between 16 and 73 everyone found the house clean and spacious for 10 guests. The only issue we had was figuring out how the fan worked in the loft as it was quite warm up there but we got it working in the end. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.
