Property is in a fantastic location at Boat Harbour. Great to be walking distance to the beach, but also be able to enjoy the view from the front room. Back yard BBQ area is really good. Really pleased that the property is pet friendly, particularly as the beach is also dog friendly between certain hours.
It's not very convenient to have to pick up and return the keys to McGrath Nelson Bay, particularly if you are coming from the South. The requirement to be checked out of the property and have the keys back to Nelson Bay by 10am is also less than ideal. It means you need to be out by 9.30am and very inconvenient if you were planning to stay at Boat Harbour beach for the day. This is not communicated well before you book the property and would have had an impact on me booking the property had I realised this prior.

Beautiful location with amazing views. Quiet street, close to the water. Better than being on a whale watching boat!
Stairs to the lower level did not have a railing… older members of our group were restricted to the upper level. Trip hazard from living room to front bedroom.
Too many pillows on beds!

The house is in an amazing location with the ocean view right infront of your window. You can see the sunrise.
It is immaculately clean, and extremely comfortable with a great outdoor dining area in the backyard.
There are walking tracks and the beach directly infront of the house and only a 3 minute drive to Anna Bay.
I would definitely stay here again.
