Splendid villa by the sea

Alex was great and responsive before and during stay. House was right on ocean and a short walk down the walkway to beach. Beautiful views. We had 12 people and tons of room. Beds were very comfortable. My father didn’t complain once which is rare. lol. House elevator was huge with elderly parents with low mobility. Huge kitchen with everything we needed and high end appliances. Laundry off kitchen which is a huge plus and had a dog shower bathtub area. Kids spent a ton of time in pool and playing arcade (I beat them in street fighter) and playing ping pong/arcade basketball. Plenty of parking. Short walk to Main Street with tons of restaurants and fat Arnold (SC shag dancing). Walked north on beach to Boulineau’s (cool supermarket and clothing store). We drove to strip to do broadway at beach and go karts (15-20 minutes). Having stayed in Myrtle beach before and previously owning a home in Murrells inlet this location was amazing as it was quiet but so much to do a short walk or drive from the house. It was sunny the whole stay but if it had rained there was more than enough to do in the house to keep my parents and 5 kids entertained. Only complaint is we didn’t have enough time to explore all north Myrtle and cherry grove had to do.

This is a lovely property in an ideal location with walkout access to the beach. The Kitchen is large and well stocked. The dining room and great room are large and have great views of the ocean. The deck is an absolute pleasure for morning coffee. There are some maintenance/upkeep items involving the appliances, electrical, and carpets that the owner is addressing. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly stay here again.

Check-in was effortless. Kitchen cabinet and items in kitchen were great. Wi-Fi was ok. It would shut down frequently and then eventually gain access.

The house was gorgeous. The carpet is in bad need of either replacing or tearing out and put something else down. In the pink room is was gross. The fountain out front wasnt working and had green water in it. The pool was great as was the game area. We would recommend it even with the carpet. So much room so people aren’t on top of each other
