Less than 2 minutes to Beech Mountain Resort, this fantastic location allows easy access to Beech Mountain, Sugar Mountain, hiking, skiing, and mountain biking! This is the perfect spot for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and their furry friends.
With a welcoming ambiance, the living room features a comfy couch and chair, ottomans, a coffee table, and a cozy fireplace to gather around. Enjoy movie nights with the smart TV while savoring spectacular views with friends and family.

The home is situated in the small vacation town of Beech Mountain, NC. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest for you to visit.
Both Beech Mountain & Banner Elk offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips
Getting Around:
Although the Town of Beech Mountain does a great job clearing snow off of the main roads quickly in the winter months it is HIGHLY recommended to have 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain. During winter months we highly recommend bringing snow chains to assist.

I'll start by saying that the agency offered us an alternative accommodation (which we refused because we had already unpacked all of our stuff) and refunded us for one of the nights of our stay, so they get points for that. That being said, the reason they had to offer us anything is that the beds (all nicely made) ALL had dirty linens. Not "a little bit dirty." "Dog and human hair, crumbs, and bits of leaves" kind of dirty. Given that by the time we realized that it was 9PM and our toddler was mid-meltdown, we searched for clean sheets, found none, and proceeded to wash the sheets ourselves. The agency sent someone with clean sheets (no mattress protector, we had to wash and dry that one ourselves), and by 10:30 PM we finally had a clean bed to sleep on.The rest of the house wasn't spotless either, but I'd have forgiven it if the beds hadn't been gross. Another slightly concerning thing was that the check out instructions say that we have to wash all the towels ourselves before leaving. If you are in a hurry to leave, what do you do? You wash them in the quickest possible setting. So everyone who comes next will have barely washed towels to use. Gross. The views are amazing, the house is cute and comfy, and we still had a good time, but I'm never renting this house again.
