We had an incredible stay at Rabbit Run farmhouse! The location is picture perfect, and it was such a wonderful, relaxing place to recharge after long days at Dreams Park. The beds were very comfortable and I slept great the whole week. The house was stocked with extra towels and sheets. Truly every detail was thought out of what would make someone’s stay more comfortable. The game room was a big hit with our kids, and we tried our hand at fishing too. My favorite thing was sitting on the back porch every morning for breakfast and enjoying the beautiful morning weather. There is so much to do in the area and tons of great restaurants a short drive away. We would love to come back again soon!

MJ and Steve were wonderful hosts! The Farmhouse and property is absolutely gorgeous and another plus is it’s easy to get to Cooperstown and Dreams Park. Also, my daughter loved the game room! We had a great time and would love to come back someday!

Rabbit Run Farmhouse in Hartwick was perfect for hosting multiple families for the Cooperstown dreams park tournament! The hosts were fantastic and quick to respond, and they really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The farmhouse itself was beautiful with plenty of room for our whole group. The game room and fishing put it over the top. Felt like we had the best property in Cooperstown.I think the boys might have enjoyed the fishing adventures as much as the baseball tournament. It was so nice to unwind there after a long day at the fields. The whole property has that peaceful country feel while still being only a short drive to everything in Cooperstown. This was hands-down the perfect stay for a baseball tournament. Great location, awesome amenities, and outstanding hosts. We’d book it again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.
