This beautiful home is located 3.3 miles from the Cooperstown Dreams Park and 6.5 miles south of Cooperstown on 8.5 private acres.

Crystal clear pool open generally from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend with plenty of sunny and shaded areas poolside. One hole par 3 golfing.
Magnificent star gazing on cloudless nights like you wouldn't imagine. A consistently pleasant mountain-top breeze keeps the flies and gnats away. A short drive away from the celebrated village of COOPERSTOWN, Cooperstown Dreams Park, Cooperstown All-Star Village, The BASEBALL HALL OF FAME, Otsego Lake, The Glimmerglass Opera House, The Glimmerglass State Park, as well as many other local attractions.
This home has satellite TV, STARLINK wireless internet (WIFI).
You will be so close DREAMS PARK (7 minutes) that you can come back to the pool and BBQ between games. And lets face it, the food that you cook at home is much more nutritious and delicious that what you would get at the park.

The second floor has four bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for up to 12, a modern laundry room, and two full baths. The spacious master suite has two queen beds, bath tub and shower, another separate shower, double sinks and a private privy.
Bedroom two has a queen bed, bedroom three has a king bed, and bedroom number four has two bunk beds which can sleep 4-5 kids.
Over a mile of manicured HIKING/WALKING TRAILS takes you around the acreage. Enjoy nature at it's finest. Watch the deer, turkey's, squirrels, foxes, and rabbits as they come and go across the property. Birds are everywhere. Try to spot the Oreo cows....

Absolutely incredible property! Perfect location! 10 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park, but feels like a whole world away. Peaceful, beautiful, and plenty of space for the family to enjoy. The house was never crowded, even with 10 people in it. The pool was gorgeous and we loved floating in it while we watched the cows graze. Plenty of wild animals to enjoy: foxes, wild, turkeys, deer, and the occasional porcupine. The little putting green was perfect because we don’t golf and probably should never do it in public. You can see the fireworks at the end of the tournament from the backyard. What an incredible vacation! We had so much fun. This house will be in our memories for many years to come.

Perfect home for our extended family. This home fit the needs of everyone with ample bedrooms, cooking & dining space, huge yard with heated pool, traeger grill & golf hole. It was about 10minutes to Dreams Park or downtown which helped as we had small kids with us and grandparents that sometimes didn’t want to stay for all the baseball games. I would highly recommend this home as other families that stayed in Cooperstown said our VRBO was far better than where they chose. The house manager and owner were quick to respond to our questions.
