We reserved our cabin ahead of time, only to have a huge snow storm hit. The resort reached out and offered to credit or reschedule any days I wanted, which was a blessing. The cabin was gorgeous, cozy, clean, and had so many amenities to enjoy. I was able to be a supermom for barely more than a hotel price. Loved it!

Only trouble we had was the fireplace We had friends in from Florida and wanted the cabin experience . Didn't get the fireplace fixed before they had to go back home. Was fixed afterwards

The first night had send a message to let them know the central air was on 75 and would not cool down. They sent the maintenance man very fast, he fixed the unit. We enjoyed the rooms. The only thing I would suggest is the living room furniture needs changed. The one chair had a leg that was leaning in, making us afraid to sit on it. The couch was also like that. We will use this company again. Very fast getting us in our cabin!! Thank you so much for that!
