About this apartment rental
Located in Bonassola, the 150 m² apartment "Il Paradiso Sul Mare" can accommodate up to 7 guests. It features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, TV, and a shared garden. The property offers 2 parking spaces. Perfect for visiting the Cinque Terre, which you can reach by train in 10 minutes, or for cycling to Levanto and Framura. Nearby are the Cascate delle Lepri waterfalls and the beach. Pets are allowed on request for an extra fee. Parties are not permitted. The property is shared with the owner, who lives on the first floor. A shuttle to the center is available. The tourist tax is due for the first 3 days (children under 15 are exempt). Late check-in is possible on request and may incur an extra fee; after 11 pm it cannot be guaranteed. Please leave the apartment tidy, with dishes washed and garbage disposed of. Only one set of keys is provided.
The included welcome kit offers one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and soap. Kitchen towels, dishcloths, condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee), and detergents are not provided. We are not a hotel: please bring everything not listed as included in the apartment description.
In Liguria, 500 meters from the sea often means facing steep climbs. Before booking, always check the actual elevation. In Italy, the national power supply is limited: apartments usually have a maximum of 3KW, so we kindly ask you not to use all appliances at the same time.

Nice property - as advertised. Only quirkiness was the driveway - very steep and narrow for our size vehicle.

Everything was great with the exception of driveway (too steep and difficult to open and close gate every time you come and go.). Communication with property manager was ok until we were told we owed 120 EU for renting towels and sheets. This has never happened to me when renting through VRBO. That’s a lot of money to “rent” towels and sheets! Not cool. The place was lovely and had what we needed. I sliced the place but was just surprised by the line. Rental fee and steep driveway.

This house had plenty of room for our family of 4. (You rent the bottom floor of the owner’s home, but you hardly see them.) It is situated on the hillside overlooking the cute little town of Bonassola. This served as our base for exploring Cinque Terre by train. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the air conditioning!
