Located in Bonassola, "Il Paradiso Sul Mare" offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 150 m² apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, and TV. The outdoor area offers a shared garden.
From Bonassola station, trains depart every hour to the Cinque Terre, reachable in about 10 minutes. Along the seafront, there is a cycling and pedestrian path connecting Bonassola with Levanto and Framura. Nearby, you can go hiking, including to the Cascate delle Lepri (about 60 minutes on foot) and Bonassola beach. The property provides 2 parking spaces.
Pets are allowed on request and for an extra fee. Parties are not permitted. Please note that the property is shared with the owner, who lives on the first floor. A shuttle to Bonassola center is available near the villa.
The tourist tax is collected only for the first 3 days of stay; children under 15 are exempt. Late check-in must be arranged with the owner and may incur an extra fee. Check-in after 11 p.m. is not guaranteed. Guests are required to leave the apartment in acceptable condition, with dishes washed and rubbish taken to the public disposal point; failure to comply may result in an extra fee.

Nice property - as advertised. Only quirkiness was the driveway - very steep and narrow for our size vehicle.

Everything was great with the exception of driveway (too steep and difficult to open and close gate every time you come and go.). Communication with property manager was ok until we were told we owed 120 EU for renting towels and sheets. This has never happened to me when renting through VRBO. That’s a lot of money to “rent” towels and sheets! Not cool. The place was lovely and had what we needed. I sliced the place but was just surprised by the line. Rental fee and steep driveway.

This house had plenty of room for our family of 4. (You rent the bottom floor of the owner’s home, but you hardly see them.) It is situated on the hillside overlooking the cute little town of Bonassola. This served as our base for exploring Cinque Terre by train. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the air conditioning!
