A luxurious environment with a 600-acre, 71 par, 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, a Premium Casual Dining Experience in the resort restaurant, which also offers delivery, and state-of-the-art wellness at The Spa. Casiola manages several top-of-the-line vacation rentals in this resort.
NOTE: Access to the Tierra del Sol resort swimming pools and amenities is not included with this rental. However, activities and day passes can be booked directly at the resort.

This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.
BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.
CONCIERGE SERVICE:
Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.

The best thing I can say about a property is the pictures are a fair representation of the property, and this absolutely was just like the pictures. Security and maintenance personnel were friendly. The house is truly outstanding. We had a few issues which I will share:First, this is a corporate property so the communication is very standard. The instructions for entry were not comprehensive or accurate. A video would have been helpful. Luckily, the back door was unlocked so we waited inside for the 40 minutes it took for maintenance to come. They also answered several other questions not addressed in the emails as there was no binder for the property like most properties. They do provide an app but it is generic.Secondly, the 1-800 number is not very helpful as all they do is input a ticket for maintenance but cannot tell you anything about status. Our propane ran out and the rep could not tell us when maintenance was coming so we had no idea if we should wait or transfer the steaks to the stove (they came the next day).Third, we had some plumbing issues that took three trips to resolve. Lastly, we received an email one week prior to arrival from the HOA with rules not in the listing. Only one (limit of 2 vehicles) was concerning, but it was not enforced so it was no big deal. All rules should be in a listing.The property is 5 stars but the issues dropped it to 4 mainly due to surprise rules one week prior to the trip that could have been an issue.

This is a very nice property. One suggestion would be the following: My wife and I have stayed in quite a few villa's throughout the Caribbean. In most all cases, there were 'extras' left behind by previous guests. For example, spices like red pepper or oregano for use in cooking. We often use these types of items and will always leave behind more than we used, but these were not available here. Note that this is a *small* detail, but something to be aware of nonetheless.

This was the best experience, wide open space, beautifully decorated, clean and the property managers were incredible. We would stay here in a heart beat over and over again. The private pool was so relaxing. I could go on and on. My kids didn’t even want to leave and we were going to the surf club which is geared towards them!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time extended family vacation. The management team was extremely responsive to any concerns that came up. They were kind and understanding and quick to respond.
The house was beautiful and after reaching out to the management company, fully equipped to serve 10 people.
The one comment we would add is that while
It is 5 bedrooms, the bedroom with the external entrance would be better used by someone comfortable with independence as the room door opens directly to the outside pool. That room also is smaller and has much less storage area than any other the other bedrooms.
