One of the bedrooms is a separate apartment conveniently located right next to the inviting pool with a full-size bed, a sleeper sofa, and its own bathroom, offering even more flexibility for your stay.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.
HOUSEKEEPING:
This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.
BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.
CONCIERGE SERVICE:
Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.

We booked the property for 10 days. Our party included 6 adult couples and the property was the perfect size for us. It was generally as described in the listing, although the living room furniture was a bit run down and dressers in many of the bedrooms should be replaced/repaired (drawers don't stay on tracks). Upon arrival, the air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms was not working. The property manager promptly dispatched a maintenance person. Unfortunately they did not fix the problem on the first visit. We called the following day and they sent maintenance out again, this time to replace the air conditioning unit. After replacement, it worked fine and al other air conditioning units on the property worked great. We also had to call for a plumbing issue in one bathroom, which was promptly addressed the same day. A couple of the bathrooms that never had hot water. Other bathrooms and the kitchen had plenty of hot water. Overall, the property was very nice and met our needs and the property manager was responsive. The location was great. We rented cars and were easily able to get to supermarkets, the high rise shopping district and the beach in just minutes.

Great space very spacious and accommodated all of us. We loved that we all had our own rooms and bathroom. Very close to everything. The host was great responded right away when needed. We had issues with the toilet and they came immediately and took care of it. Would definitely stay here again
