One of the bedrooms is a separate apartment conveniently located right next to the inviting pool with a full-size bed, a sleeper sofa, and its own bathroom, offering even more flexibility for your stay.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.
HOUSEKEEPING:
This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.
BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.
CONCIERGE SERVICE:
Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.

Great space very spacious and accommodated all of us. We loved that we all had our own rooms and bathroom. Very close to everything. The host was great responded right away when needed. We had issues with the toilet and they came immediately and took care of it. Would definitely stay here again

Our group of 13 found the house and overall facilities to be more than adequate. It was well equipped with appliances, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. It is in an excellent location to get to beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. What we were very disappointed in was what the host provided in basic supplies. For 13 people staying 6 nights, there were no facial tissues, 1 dish towel, 3 washing machine tablets, no sponge, a tiny bottle of dish detergent, 1roll of paper towels, 3 garbage bags. Certainly for the total cost of the rental there should have been an adequate supply of these items.

Everyone loved the home we stayed in. It met the needs for a group of our size. The neighborhood was quiet and looked safe to go in and out of during different times of the day and night. It was easy enough to navigate in and out of the neighborhood. Unfortunately, there were some upsetting hiccups that occurred during our stay. The Black mold in the bathroom was very disturbing to find in a house that was cleaned before arrival. The hair found in the bathroom was also alarming to find. The gas tank to the apartment was empty which led to inconveniences being made to share bathrooms along with the mold in the bathroom. There were other things that were noted as I like to make sure I have a paper trail so there are no discrepancies. In the event that someone should have called to see what they could have done to make my trip the trip that I paid for was not professional. Instead, I just had people popping in and out to fix the issues which took away from my trip. To ensure that someone was there to answer any and all questions.

The property is beautiful, conveniently located to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and beaches. The pictures online are a true portrayal of what the property looks like in person- stunning! My family and friends had a great stay and time at this property. The host - Casiola was extremely responsive with regards to any questions and/or issues that we had. We would 100% consider this (Westpunt, Noord) and/or other properties hosted by Casiola in the future. Fenn 9/12/24
