In the resort Denia(playa Santa Ana), in a quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the sea, 5 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. Private: natural state property. Terrace, barbecue, barbecue house, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 300 m, café 400 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station 1.7 km, ferry 1.9 km, sandy beach "Playa de Santa Anna" 5 m. Surf school, sailing school 600 m.
