Looking for an escape from it all? Belleair Beach’s gulf-facing, pristine white sands are renowned as relaxing, quiet play space surrounded by impressive, sedate waterfront homes. Claim your little bit of paradise in this newly renovated one bedroom/one bathroom beachfront condo. Wake to shore birds patrolling the surf line, dolphin pods swimming the coast and the best front-row seats to sunsets.
This contemporary, cozy condo comfortably sleeps 2. One king-size bed is in the bedroom and a sleeper-sofa bed is in the main room for extra guests.
The condo has been recently renovated - Bahia vinyl wood plank flooring, white quartz counter tops, a dinner table for four people, stainless steel appliances, white shaker cabinets, and a glass walk-in shower.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking sheets, baking pans, cooking utensils, cutting boards, mixing bowls, Tupperware, plates, bowls, mugs, tumblers, wine glasses, and silverware. Appliances include: refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and drip pot coffee maker.
The unit comes equipped with a smart TV w/cable in the living room and a smart TV w/cable in the bedroom. There is free Wi-Fi internet throughout the entire unit as well as outside near the pool area.
The condo is on the bottom floor facing the Gulf of Mexico. The parking is open and only 25 feet from the unit for easy access. Located just 45ft from the unit is a heated pool, which faces the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for relaxing or for wearing the kids out after a long day of exploring nearby shops and attractions. Please use all we have to offer: Gulf beach frontage, use of gas grills, lounge chairs, and shared laundry on the 3rd floor (coin or operated via smartphone app - $2.00 to wash, $2.00 to dry).
While Belleair Beach is quiet, within 5 miles you can access a wide variety of restaurants, a Publix supermarket and quality shops along Gulf Blvd including all the amenities and attractions of Clearwater Beach. If you are looking for great food, there are dozens of amazing places to choose from. Some of our favorites include Columbia Restaurant Sand Key, Café De Paris Bakery, Villa Gallace, Guppy's on the Beach, Salt Rock Grill, Frenchy's Rockaway Seafood Grill, Caretta on The Gulf, Marina Cantina, Salt Cracker Fish Camp, Seaweed, E&E Stakeout Grill, Sea-Guini, and Cesare at The Beach are within 1-6 miles from the unit.
If you are feeling ‘beach mellow’, leave your car parked and hop on the Jolley Trolley or the Suncoast Trolley. We are fewer than 10 minutes from the famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium, one-time home of dolphins Winter and Hope from the film Dolphin Tale 1 & 2 and Clearwater Beach attractions to the north. Or head south to Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Shores, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, Johns Pass, and St. Pete Beach.
Farther afield, the unit is less than an hour from Busch Gardens, ZooTampa at Lowry Park rated among “top 25 Zoos in U.S.” by Trip Advisor , Tampa International Airport-TPA, International Mall, and 20 minutes from the St. Pete/ Clearwater airport-PIE.

***RENTAL AGREEMENT/AGE POLICY: Upon completion of booking, we require a valid ID and completion of our signed electronic rental agreement. Must be 25+ to rent. We reserve the right to terminate your booking if additional verification is not provided.
***SMOKING POLICY: The entire property is non smoking - smoking will not be permitted anywhere on the grounds.
***SERVICE FEES: Guests who book through VRBO will be charged a separate VRBO Service Fee. This fee is set and collected directly by VRBO (not by us) and is clearly itemized during the booking and checkout process on the VRBO website before your reservation is confirmed.
***DAMAGE INSURANCE: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a one time damage fee, plus tax if applicable. The damage fee covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the property (E.g. furniture, fixtures and appliances) provided you report the damage to the host PRIOR to check out.
***PET POLICY: Our unit is dog-friendly and welcomes one (1) dog only. A $150 pet fee plus applicable taxes will apply to any reservation bringing a dog. This fee is NOT included in your reservation total and will be added after booking.
Our HOA permits only one dog per unit, and the dog must weigh 25 lbs or less. Cats are strictly prohibited under any circumstances due to the property owners' severe allergies. If a cat is brought into the unit or evidence of a cat is found, a minimum $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged, and additional damages or remediation costs may apply if necessary. Please also note that the City of Belleair Beach does not permit dogs on any of its beaches.
***BEACH EQUIPMENT: For your convenience, your unit includes two beach chairs and one beach umbrella. If you need additional beach equipment or baby gear during your stay, we're happy to recommend trusted local rental companies. One small issue with the electronic key lock. Kept on denying us access. Luckily they have a key box next to which we took out and just use the key to get in. Later on I tried the electronic lock again and it started working so I don’t know could’ve been operator error.Love the view, very clean and renovated property. will booked with them again.

Quiet location with beach views, heated pool, very small balcony, comfortable bed, easy access to beach, pool and parking lot. We stayed with our two children a total of four, it was a very tight squeeze, would be great for two people. Very pleased with this vacation rental, would book again.

The room was perfect for a couple. Enjoyed the updated furnishings and decor. Room was clean and comfortable. Room has a very nice beach view. The hosts have done a great job providing all the essentials and more. The host were very attentive to any needs we had. We would definitely want to stay again.

If planing to cook groceries need to be in refrigerator or on countertop no pantry.
