This unit is a Luxury Family Suite and accommodates 6 comfortably! The private bedroom offers 2 queen beds, a TV and dresser. There is a pull out sofa in the Living Room which will sleep 2. The living room is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating and a TV. There is a full size kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Coffee maker and coffee included! The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is equipped with all towels. Enjoy a large private balcony, perfect for people watching and enjoying morning coffee or afternoon cocktails! This unit is just steps to the pool, Rodeo and Saloon! A GREAT LOCATION! Walk to all amenities!

The unit was updated and very nicely furnished. It was very spacious and had good storage. The kitchen had nice appliances. It was clean and comfortable. We were able to check in a little earlier than 10 and check out was at 12 which was better than resort hours. The only complaint was the AC unit was very noisy especially in the bedroom.

My family loved staying in this condo. The way it was furnished and all the extras (like games, condiments, etc.) made us feel so welcome. Definitely recommend River Ranch for a family vacation

The condo was great. We were able to sleep our 3 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen was just adequate. Plates, cups, should be replaced along with some pots and pans. The utensils are adequate. We just made do with what was available. Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay.
