Located just a few meters from Las Ramblas and the heart of the historic center, this apartment allows you to explore Barcelona and immerse yourself in its vibrant atmosphere. Despite its prime location, it is situated on a quiet street, making it ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. With its modern design and exposed brick details, it offers a cozy and fully equipped space for a comfortable stay. Its excellent location places you close to the city’s most iconic attractions.
We want to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. This cozy 55 m² apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and fully prepared to make you feel at home. While we don’t offer hotel services like breakfast, room service, or airport transfers, we’ve thought of every detail to ensure your comfort:
✔ Bathroom essentials: Shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper.
✔ Fully equipped kitchen: Utensils, dishes, coffee maker, and microwave for quick meals.
✔ Fresh linens and towels for all guests.
✔ Baby crib available upon request.

🚫 No groups under 25 years old – We want to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests. Families are very welcome!
🎉 No parties or bachelor/bachelorette groups allowed – This is a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down.
Check-in Fees:
To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following additional fees for late check-ins. These fees fairly compensate the person assisting with your check-in outside regular hours to provide the best experience possible.
🕗 After 8:00 PM – €40 late arrival fee
🌙 After 12:00 AM – €60 late arrival fee
📅 Sundays & public holidays – €40 check-in fee
Tourist Tax in Barcelona:
🏛️ In compliance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €6.88 per person, per night applies to guests aged 16 and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
💵 This tax is payable upon arrival and may be subject to changes based on government decisions.
