PET-FRIENDLY STAY: We know pets are part of the family, and your furry friend is welcome here! This home allows one well-mannered dog (up to 45 lbs.) with prior approval. Please share your pup's age, size, and breed at the time of booking. A $25/night pet fee and $100 cleaning surcharge apply.
LOCATION: SoCe is located along the growing "8th Street Corridor" in Olde Naples just four short blocks from 5th Ave S and eight blocks from beach access at the end of charming 1st Ave S. Many other conveniences are within walking distance such as Wynn?s gourmet market and CVS. Designed to offer urban sophistication and amenities within a quaint beach town setting, SoCe Flats is an ideal place to enjoy the increasingly cosmopolitan Naples lifestyle! As is common throughout Olde Naples, there is construction ongoing nearby. A new building is being constructed to the south which impacts the views from the Amenity Deck but is not visible from inside the unit or from the balcony of 202. Noise is not of concern due to the building?s solid concrete construction and impact grade windows.
PLEASE NOTE: A refundable security deposit is required for this property and will be collected directly by The Holiday Life prior to check-in. The deposit is typically processed 10–14 days before arrival and refunded after departure, subject to a property inspection.

GUEST LIST: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight must be provided in writing at least 24 hours to the guest(s) arrival.
