About this apartment rental
Located on the Sunday River Road, just 2.5 miles from Sunday River Resort. Featuring an inviting post and beam style architecture and an open floor plan, this single level one bedroom unit is 620 square feet and has a private bedroom on the first floor in addition to a sleep sofa in the living area. Each unit offers a deck and a private entrance with mudroom for gear storage. Located close to many famous local restaurants and shops, Riverbend is a great lodging choice for your next visit to the Sunday River area.
Riverbend Condominiums has a strict no pet policy for renters, including emotional support animals. No exceptions will be granted. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
The Mountain Explorer Shuttle service has been discontinued.
To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

We were very comfortable at this rental. Everything that was needed for a short visit was available.

This was a comfortable little haven close to skiing. The people who take care of this place put some care into it too. The kitchen (in our particular condo) is stocked with any tool i would want to use. My only complaint is that the internet is spotty and the tv is difficult to maneuver. When we called for answers to our questions, we got a reply very soon after. Hopefully, we will stay there again soon!
