Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in secure, quiet gated development with magnificent views of the Cote d'Azur.
The apartment boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, study and a balcony stretching the length of the apartment - with all rooms having a south facing view of the sea and sliding doors opening onto the terrace.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe and Bathroom 1 has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and bidet. Bedroom 2 has 2 sets of bunk beds which can sleep 4 children (adults should only sleep on the lower bunks), large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bathroom 2 also has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and bidet.
The kitchen has marble worktops and is equipped with integrated fridge / freezer, gas hob, electric oven and washer/dryer. It also has a microwave, toaster and kettle. The living area has a comfortable L-shaped sofa and smart TV. There is a small study equipped with a desk. The apartment benefits from a strong Wifi signal throughout.
The terrace has a dining table and chairs to enjoy the panoramic views of Eze, Cap Ferrat and the Med.
