Fully renovated 1850s era home steps from Yarmouth Village and the Royal River. Walk to restaurants, art galleries, Rosemont Bakery, NYA, and to the hiking trails of Royal River Park. Enjoy morning coffee on the back deck while listening to the falls or church bells on Sunday morning. This home is an ideal base for experiencing the phenomenal restaurant and arts culture in Portland, just 12 minutes south, as well as shopping in Freeport, and quintessential attractions of Midcoast Maine. Brand new HVAC system with central air conditioning installed this spring.

Very charming house. It was perfect for a girls getaway to Maine. The host was super responsive.The bedrooms and full bathrooms were on the second level. We were able to space out for sleeping arrangements. Overall, was a great place to stay. There is a scenic hiking trail located very close to the property.
