This trip was amazing! The house was in quiet part of Maine, which made for relaxing evenings and slow mornings, just what we needed on vacation! The management company was super communicative and helpful. The house was spotless and plenty of space. Would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

We had the most fabulous vacation with our kids and their partners. House was perfect. Dogs had a great time, too! This is the house and the area you'll want to stay in!

Overall the property was fantastic. It was on a nice, quiet little side street in a small town but so centrally located whether we went North or South. It was clean, comfortable beds and having air conditioning was a great thing for when we were there. We did have some issues on arrival, our code didn't work, but Liz was a fantastic help to get us in. We also learned halfway through our trip that the side door deadbolt didn't actually notch, so the house wasn't actually safely locked, but again we were in a very nice area. At some point it was apparently fixed although we weren't notified anyone was coming or made entry to the house. We were apparently the first guests of the season so we didn't have wifi as the cable was gone, but again it was promptly fixed.

There was a glitch and when arrived late in the evening the house had not been cleaned. I did get in touch with property manager and she and another housekeeper came to change the linens, towels and clean the house. It was after 10PM and not sure why house had not been cleaned. Did appreciate the staff coming to clean. The upstairs electrical outlet does not work. This was reported the first day however was not repaired. The screen in the upstairs bedroom skylight was filthy should have been cleaned for the season. This was reported on the first day but on check out had not been cleaned. The top of the ac unit that you can see from the upstairs area is very dirty had been reported and not cleaned. Leaves had collected on the upstairs outside area that could easily be blown off as window opens and not attended too. The outside grass was quite high as lawn should have been mowed a few weeks ago. Also patio area full of old leaves and had not been cleaned. The last day we were there someone came and mowed the lawn and cleaned the patio. There needs to be more attention to detail in cleaning the house as it makes it unattractive. The area was a good location. Would be nice to have some welcoming items when arriving such as coffee, coffee cream, bottled water, as most places I have stayed in there are these things to help get started.
