- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
- This property allows 2 dogs. A non-refundable pet fee of $180 + Tax will be charged for the first dog. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.
-3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of $60 per day must be paid prior to check-in.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
-We provide a limited initial supply of household essentials to get you settled on day one. Guests should bring or purchase additional items.
-Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, and area highlights.
-Please plan to bring beach towels for your stay.

We have stayed in many vrbo properties all around the US and this house was hands down the best. The view is spectacular and honestly the pictures do not do it justice. The details and interior design are perfection. Normally a rental property has uncomfortable beds and pillows and this was the opposite. The rooms are good sized and all have a bathroom which is key with a large group. My only suggestion would be to bring your own hair dryer and trash bags which considering all of the amenities I would not even mention except to help the next guest. Property is walking distance to fantastic restaurants, ice cream and shops. We had a magical holiday and will be back!

The home is stunning with top of the line amenities! We loved how many spaces there were to gather and spend time together. We had a small issue of the pool not heating but the property managers were amazing and someone showed up 15 minutes later to fix that. Their communication was the best I have experienced while renting a home. 10/10 would recommend booking this gorgeous home!!

This was a wonderful place to stay with amazing views from all angles on the top floor. We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants from this location. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room as well.
