This home is dog friendly\and sleeps 12, making it the ultimate getaway with your family and friends! The gourmet kitchen on the third floor is a chef's dream, fully equipped with top-tier appliances and stunning panoramic views of sunsets, sunrises, and moonlit waters.

- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
- This property allows 2 dogs. A non-refundable pet fee of $180 + Tax will be charged for the first dog. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.
-3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of $60 per day must be paid prior to check-in.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
-We provide a limited initial supply of household essentials to get you settled on day one. Guests should bring or purchase additional items.
-Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, and area highlights.
-Please plan to bring beach towels for your stay.

Perfect in Every Way!We have stayed at a lot of vacation homes over the years, and this one is truly one of the best. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special.The home is absolutely beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s within easy walking distance of wonderful restaurants, shops, and everything you need, yet it’s just far enough away that you can enjoy the peace and quiet without the crowds. The beach is only steps away, was never overcrowded, and the views from the house are simply breathtaking. We looked forward to waking up to that view every single morning.The attention to detail throughout the home is incredible. It’s obvious the owners put a great deal of thought and care into every aspect of the property. The lighting throughout the house creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We especially loved the accent lighting on the ceiling beams and even the beautifully illuminated bathroom sink near the kitchen. Every room felt elegant, comfortable, and inviting. We also appreciated the home’s proximity to sea turtle nesting areas and were happy to keep the exterior lighting to a minimum to help protect their habitat.The house was spotless when we arrived and was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Our group of twelve had plenty of space to spread out, relax, and spend time together without ever feeling crowded.What truly set this experience apart, though, were the hosts. They were exceptional—

This property is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It was very clean, big enough for 9 of us, and the top floor was amazing! The elevator made it so much easier for the elderly members of our family. The only issue we had was not the fault of management (it was due to construction behind it clipping the internet cable,) and management was able to resolve it the next morning. They were very communicative throughout our stay. Location is perfect! You can walk to several shops and restaurants. The beach is a 2 min walk right across the street.

Beautiful home with fantastic views of a beautiful beach. We had an excellent time in this amenity stocked home. Zachary, the property manager was super to work with and took great care of us through the week. We hope to book this home again if it fits into our budget. Thanks for the great memories! Steve

We have stayed in many vrbo properties all around the US and this house was hands down the best. The view is spectacular and honestly the pictures do not do it justice. The details and interior design are perfection. Normally a rental property has uncomfortable beds and pillows and this was the opposite. The rooms are good sized and all have a bathroom which is key with a large group. My only suggestion would be to bring your own hair dryer and trash bags which considering all of the amenities I would not even mention except to help the next guest. Property is walking distance to fantastic restaurants, ice cream and shops. We had a magical holiday and will be back!
