About this apartment rental
This adorable 2nd floor condo has an open floor plan with the living room flowing into the kitchen and dining areas. Your kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook your meal, including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, and even small electric appliances. Sit back and relax watching the television in the living room or either of the bedrooms, you will find both Spectrum cable TV and WiFi available.
You will have a king bed in one bedroom, two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, a queen size pull-out sofa sleeper bed in the living room, and two roll-a-way beds. Your condo also comes complete with bedding linens, bath towels, and beach towels for your convenience. A full size washer and dryer are located in the condo for your use. Enjoy drinks and dinner on your private patio.
Take a dip in the Beach Club swimming pool (heated throughout the winter), or just sit back in the hot tub. You also have 24 hour access to the fitness center and sauna.
Just a short 5 minute stroll will allow you to enjoy the beach and sand at Whitecap Beach for swimming, shell collecting, or fishing or take the car and drive down the beach for miles. Come to the coast and join us for a short vacation or plan to stay a while.
Note: There are security cameras an recording devices in the pool, gym, and parking lot areas. There is also a ring doorbell by the front door.

The condo was very clean. Furnishings were nice but somewhat dated as were the bathrooms. If you are going to stay for an extended period and cook, the kitchen is up to date and has all the utensils you need. They are not Chef Ramsey quality but, there is just about anything you need.The bathrooms were nice but, as I said dated. Watch out with the tubs, they are VERY slippery and require extreme caution to avoid falling.There is an outdoor balcony (as this is a 2nd floor unit) that appears to be comfortable if it is not too humid or not a lot of mosquitos. Unfortunately, the beach was not "a short stroll" away. More like a half mile hike. On the easy side. There is no office for check in and no keys to use (or lose). There is a nice lock at which you punch in some numbers and it unlocks to let you in. Those numbers are some that you will find are easily remembered.All in all this is a nice unit that is comfortable but, somewhat noisy because of the wood floors and noisy stairs just outside the door.For a relaxing vacation, this will be a good unit as there are many restaurants nearby as well as fishing at the popular Bob Hall pier. Enjoy your stay there.

Wonderful stay! We really appreciated the affordable pricing and all the thoughtful amenities. Having beach towels plus essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags available was so helpful. The bedroom cable boxes and family DVDs were a great touch, and the kitchen was very well stocked with appliances.

This location was great and the house was too but all the beds were like sleeping on rocks we left a day early because we all hurt so bad from them.
