About this apartment rental
This adorable 2nd floor condo has an open floor plan with the living room flowing into the kitchen and dining areas. Your kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook your meal, including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, and even small electric appliances. Sit back and relax watching the television in the living room or either of the bedrooms, you will find both Spectrum cable TV and WiFi available.
You will have a king bed in one bedroom, two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, a queen size pull-out sofa sleeper bed in the living room, and two roll-a-way beds. Your condo also comes complete with bedding linens, bath towels, and beach towels for your convenience. A full size washer and dryer are located in the condo for your use. Enjoy drinks and dinner on your private patio.
Take a dip in the Beach Club swimming pool (heated throughout the winter), or just sit back in the hot tub. You also have 24 hour access to the fitness center and sauna.
Just a short 5 minute stroll will allow you to enjoy the beach and sand at Whitecap Beach for swimming, shell collecting, or fishing or take the car and drive down the beach for miles. Come to the coast and join us for a short vacation or plan to stay a while.
Note: There are security cameras an recording devices in the pool, gym, and parking lot areas. There is also a ring doorbell by the front door.

It was an amazing stay, virtually everything you can need and more... We are a large family and that speaks volume. The condo is clean neat and organized. Communication with the owner was fast and easy not to mention pleasant. We will definitely be coming back. The close access to the beach was great the pool in hot tub were phenomenal. And the little pond to fish in was biting pretty good. Although we are sad to leave, our opinion is great.That's really great.We can't express our gratitude for the memories made . Thank you!!!

Disappointed and disgusted with cleanliness of condo. One bathroom toilet had urine on backside that wasn’t cleaned , wall by dining table dirty , blinds in kitchen nasty looking, all the vents filthy and bathroom fixtures full of dust hadn’t been cleaned. For what we paid this place should have been spotless. Motel 6 would have probably been cleaner. Texted but never heard back about having someone come and clean deck that was filthy with bird poop and no one answered
