In this beautiful apartment equipped with a lift, located on the 4th and top floor, enjoy a large, bright living area with direct access to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The dining area includes a table for 4 people, while the living room, with its sofa, comfortable armchairs and television, is ideal for getting together and sharing convivial moments with family or friends. The independent, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto) will allow you to prepare your meals with ease. You will also find a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a second independent WC for added comfort.
On the night side, a first bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a television opens onto the ground floor balcony. By taking the stairs leading to the mezzanine, you will discover a second bedroom, also equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm). The beds in both rooms can be brought together to form two King Size beds 180x200cm.
To enhance your stay, a washing machine is made available to you.
