Designed for comfort and convenience, this inviting retreat offers the perfect setting to relax, recharge, and enjoy the laid-back coastal lifestyle of Perdido Key.
Ideal for couples or small families, this thoughtfully updated condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and generous closet space, while a queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional flexibility. The interior has been refreshed with new flooring, paint, and furnishings, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout.
The open living space is designed for both relaxation and functionality, featuring comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a breakfast bar for casual dining. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals or pack up for a day at the beach, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.
One of the standout features of this villa is the spacious wrap around porch perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, unwinding in the evening, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

The expansive lagoon-style pool features a waterfall cave and island hot tub, surrounded by lounge chairs and tropical landscaping. Very nice and quiet community. The unit we were in was very clean and decorated cute. The only complaint we had was the parking. There is no assigned space for each unit so everyone just parks wherever. Most of the time we were stuck parking far away from our unit.

I have to say this condo had the most uncomfortable furniture I have ever sat on. Granted we didn’t go to sit around but there was 2 or 3 rainy days and we spent more time inside than the norm. The couch just needs to be replaced period. The other 2 chairs were definitely not made for living room furniture. The bed was ok but the fingernails left behind on the nightstand were disgusting and the person cleaning needs to spend more time dusting and not just hit and miss.
I’m sorry for such a negative review but when we spend that much money to rent a place we expect much better than what we got.
