All in all the condos are perfect and it's in a perfect spot. Would recommend to others. Its only a few minutes drive to the beach.

Really liked the community with pools, Hot tubs, tiki bar & nightly entertainment. Beach & restaurants close by.
We were on the first floor & our only complaint would be hearing every step/movement upstairs tenants made. Very disturbing especially when up till 1am hearing it. Luckily our first week it wasn't occupied & only had 3 days to deal with it.
Other than that it was a great place!!

Pros: We loved the nightly live music, plenty of parking, quiet community, affordable, and pool was relaxing.
Cons: Didn't care for the location, not walkable to the beach, smoking was allowed at pool, no view, could hear stomping above us, and our unit needed a few updates.
