This large property was fully renovated New heated salt water pool and spa. Flooring to furnishings completely NEW! This large home sits on a double lot in Naples Park just 5 homes from the water/inlet. Located in the most desirable 500 block with a short walk to either Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.

Beautiful property was a perfect location for my son's surprise proposal to his girlfriend. He proposed at Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park which was minutes from the house and then we bought steaks and we grilled out at the house which had everything we needed. We spent a lovely weekend with newly engaged couple and her parents who were all very happy with the home. The hot tub and pool were amazing and we spent a lot of time there and the host was quick to respond if we needed anything. There was also a lot of great seating/gathering areas inside and outside the home. Thanks for being part of a very special memory, we'd definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

This home is an absolute gem. Beautifully updated, private backyard with a large pool and everything you would want to have an incredible vacation. Eric our host is attentive to every need you might want.

House and pool were amazing! Plenty of room for our family of five. The hosts communication was perfect. The beach chairs and beach umbrella were an awesome bonus for our days spent at the beach! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
