Decided to run down to our favorite lil place for new years and was very happy, except for the older temps lol. But still overall I love the Destin community, small, peaceful and quiet with plenty of great food to eat!

Everything was just right and the property was excellent. I’ll do this every time from now on with the beach access and chair service made it great.

What a cool little neighborhood/community! We loved the proximity to the beach and the ease of chair/umbrella rental. The multiple pools were all sparkling clean. I didn’t get a chance to play golf, but I will be back to play 9 holes.

WE STAYED HERE DURING A WEEK, THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT BECAUSE EVERY THING WAS VERY CLOSE AND HAVE A PRIVATE BEACH WHICH IS GREAT, YOU CAN GO AND SEE THE SUNSENT AND SUNRISE. IT IS LITERLY IN THE HEART OF DESTIN THAT'S TRUE WE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT DIFERENTS BEACHES. THE STUDIO WAS PERFECT FOR 2 PEOPLE, WE WERE 3 AND WE FELT A LITLE SQUEEZED, BUT IT WORKED BECAUSE WE WERE JUST WOMENS. THE ONLY THING THAT I SHOULD SAY, BRING YOUR OWN ITEMS LIKE SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, AND SPONGE, AS THEY DON'T PROVIDE EVEN THE SMALL VERSION, THERE IS NO WASHER OR DRYER INSIDE THE UNIT SO YOU MUST BRING ENOUGH CLOTHES OR BE WILLING TO GO TO THE LAUNDRY TO WASH. THE BED IS NOT THAT COMFORTABLE AND THE ROOM IS A LITTLE HOT DURING THE SUMMER ALSO THE TOILET IS A BIT DEFICIENT DURING MY STAY I HAD TO USE THE PLUNGER ON ONE OPPORTUNITY.
