Located just 150 meters from the nearest beach, this three-bedroom coastal home offers a highly functional and relaxing retreat for up to six guests. The property is thoughtfully divided across two independent levels connected by an exterior staircase, providing an ideal layout for families or friends seeking both shared moments and privacy. The outdoor area is centred around a private pool and a dining space. Essential amenities, including supermarkets and local restaurants, are within a short walking distance, while the historic town of Rethymno is a convenient 10km drive away.
The Space
Indoor Living
The house features clean, practical architectural lines across its two main levels. The first floor includes a primary living room with a sitting area that connects to a fully equipped kitchen. An exterior staircase leads up to the second floor, which functions as an independent living space complete with a secondary lounge area, a small kitchen, and a spacious balcony offering unobstructed views of the sea and the coastal sunset.

First Floor Bedroom 2: Double bed, direct balcony access.
First Floor Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms equipped with showers.
Second Floor Bedroom 3: Double bed, direct balcony access with premium sea views.
Second Floor Bathroom: One full bathroom.
Outdoor Area
The enclosed yard is designed for seamless summer living. It features a 24 sqm private swimming pool (1.2m depth) surrounded by a small garden and sun loungers. A built-in BBQ and an outdoor dining setup provide a comfortable, private environment for preparing and enjoying meals outside.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, the private swimming pool, and the yard. No areas or facilities are shared.
Other things to note
Please note that the first and second floors are connected via an exterior staircase. Cooling and heating are provided by one high-capacity air-conditioning unit per floor, strategically placed to cover the entire level. For families traveling with children, please be aware that adult supervision is required at all times around the pool, and diving is strictly prohibited. The property is located 200 meters from the local motorway, ensuring very quick and easy access for day trips to Chania or Rethymno.

Wonderful base for a fantastic stay in Crete! The kids loved the pool and we watched the sunset from the beach which was 2mins away almost every evening. View of the sea whilst we were having breakfast or dinner on the balcony was a joy. There was easy access to the main road for day trips in the car, but everything we needed (supermarket, cafe, restaurants) were also in walking distance and we spent at least 2 days just between the house and the beaches. As well as the smaller beach 2mins away, the bigger beach was great to swim from, build sandcastles and walk along with an ice-cream.Host was excellent, really friendly and went above and beyond for us. Wonderful!

This villa was perfect for our family of 5. The main level has a nice kitchen, living and dining room with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect for my adult children to stay and to cook meals. The 2nd floor has a nice bedroom and bathroom and smaller kitchen and sitting area. Really nice to give me and my husband our own space. Both have fantastic balconies which we spent a lot of time on. Having the pool was great to cool off on hot days or when coming up from the beach which is very close to the villa. I really liked this location because it wasn't in a really busy area yet it was close to bigger towns we wanted to visit. Also loved that there was a grocery store in walking distance along with places to eat. The property managers were incredible. Anytime I had a question, etc they were always quick to respond. They helped me arrange transport from and to the airport, rental car and a meal to be prepared at our villa by a chef. Would definitely recommend staying here. .

Superb holiday. Immaculate property. Walk down the road and a few minutes later you’re on the beach in a little secluded spot. Turn right and a further 5 minutes around the cove finds a large stretch of beach which was never busy.
That was our favourite spot.
Lots of restaurants within a ten minute walk. Be sure to check out Akrogiali Tavern … perfect spot for watching the sun set.
Hosts were brilliant. Helped us arrange taxis to from and to the airport. Always on hand if needed.
