Spectacular Ocean Front views from the top floor at the Sugar Beach Resort! Modern designs and contemporary furnishings complement this completely remodeled condo. You will fall in love with this condo and the amazing Ocean Front views!!

The beautifully remodeled kitchen is open to the perfectly appointed living area, which then flows out onto the lanai. It is a true sanctuary where ocean views are seen throughout the living area. The bedroom has a king bed, allowing this unit to sleep up to two (2) people. Enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean, the islands of Lanai and Kaho'olawe and the boats passing by.

Sugar Beach Resort is an Ocean Front property in North Kihei. Sitting on 4.2 acres of Ocean Front prime real estate, you can’t beat this location. All of the condos have central Air Conditioning and laundry facilities in the condo. Each Building has elevators available. There is an on-site eatery called Dina’s Sandwitch, Café & Bar. The Sugar Beach Resort features a Pool area with one swimming pool, one wading pool, one hot tub and seating options for relaxing and enjoying a meal. The BBQ grilling area is located just outside the pool area. The property also features a putting green and a formal dress shop.

Excellent location, very clean, well decorated, comfortable bed, and easy check in and check out. The condo was well equipped with supplies and the management staff was very attentive. I have stayed in this unit before with my wife. She passed away two years ago. I felt at ease returning and staying here and would definitely plan to stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach Condos. The complex is located on a secluded stretch of beach in a relatively sleepy area of Kihei and is perfect for a quiet relaxing Hawaiian getaway. This was our second stay at Sugar Beach. Our first stay was many years ago on our honeymoon but I must say that the complex has been very well maintained during that time and has aged well. Unit 618 is on the top floor and features a spectacular view of Maalaea Bay. The unit was just as described and was immaculately clean when we arrived. The unit was stocked with a starter supply of coffee, paper towels, laundry pods and other basic necessities. The management company contacted me several times during our stay just to check in and make sure that everything was going as we expected. We did have a problem with the internet during our stay. I contacted the management company and after the over the phone troubleshooting failed to resolve the issue, they sent someone out to fix the problem the same day. I can't say enough about the management company. They were very attentive, polite, professional, responsive, and were a pleasure to do business with. There is a sandwich shop on the premises which stays open until 10:30pm should you need a late bite and don't feel like driving. Also, if you're looking for a good place for breakfast, you must try the Kihei Café, just a short drive down South Kihei road. Overall a great vacation. We can't wait to return. If you're like me, you read these reviews to help in the decision making process. Well my advice here is to stop reading and start booking! Aloha!
