Spectacular oceanfront views from the top floor at the Sugar Beach Resort! Modern designs and contemporary furnishings complement this completely remodeled condo. You will fall in love with this condo and the amazing oceanfront views!!
The beautifully remodeled kitchen is open to the perfectly appointed living area, which then flows out onto the lanai. It is a true sanctuary where ocean views are seen throughout the living area. The bedroom has a king bed, allowing this unit to sleep up to two (2) people. Enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean, the islands of Lanai and Kaho'olawe and the boats passing by.
Sugar Beach Resort is an Ocean Front property in North Kihei. Sitting on 4.2 acres of Ocean Front prime real estate, you can’t beat this location. All of the condos have central Air Conditioning and laundry facilities in the condo. Each Building has elevators available. There is an on-site eatery called Dina’s Sandwitch, Café and Bar. The Sugar Beach Resort features a Pool area with one swimming pool, one wading pool, one hot tub, and seating options for relaxing and enjoying a meal. The BBQ grilling area is located just outside the pool area. The property also features a putting green and a formal dress shop.
Complex Amenities: Note: Each year the pool will be closed for repairs for two weeks, starting the second week of September. This year (2026) the Sugar Beach Resort pool area will be closed beginning 9/14/26 and reopening 9/19/26.

This was the best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at. The in unit amenities were fantastic (especially the hair dryer) and can tell the host cares about the quality of your stay. The property was nice- the chairs on the lawn and at the pool were a bit worn but worked perfectly fine. There is a good bakery and small farmers market just a short walk down the beach that were both good. The view was beautiful but the crazy swarms of gnats made it hard to be outside unless the wind was really blowing. The seating on the balcony was very comfortable.

Excellent location, very clean, well decorated, comfortable bed, and easy check in and check out. The condo was well equipped with supplies and the management staff was very attentive. I have stayed in this unit before with my wife. She passed away two years ago. I felt at ease returning and staying here and would definitely plan to stay here again
