Great view and convenient beach access. Property elevators are not optimal and one of four was inoperable. Condo rugs & furniture could be updated (stained/dingy). Overall was a great stay. Note: this condo is right above the kiddie pool play area so expect to hear the sounds of children while sitting on the balcony listening to the waves :) Not a big deal - just an fyi.

The only issue was the construction going on. Because of the construction, 2 of the 4 elevators were not working so being on the 12th floor it was an inconvenience.

Everything was great except the television which we never could figure out how to turn it on. (Good thing we didn’t go to the beach to watch tv.)
