Located on the top floor, it offers a quiet retreat while keeping you in the heart of River Run Village—just steps from shopping, dining, village events, and a short walk to the high-speed gondola. The heated garage located directly below the property leads to easy access to the condo via the elevator. At Dakota Lodge, guests enjoy the largest heated pool in Keystone, two oversized hot tubs with slope views, and direct access to Dercum Square, which transforms into an ice rink in winter and a mini golf course in summer. In addition, you have access to the neighboring Buffalo Lodge lounge, including hot tubs, pool tables, and games.
The inviting living area features vaulted ceilings, modern decor, a flat-screen TV, and a beautiful stone gas fireplace. The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench—perfect for organizing gear after a day of adventure. A ski locker on the first floor next to the elevator makes for easy access to your ski equipment. The unit is great but expremely hot. We could not get the furnace to work correcly. We slept with windows and doors open with box fans. No one at management company cared to help.

We had a great vacation and this condo worked for what we needed. We normally rent the condo down the hall (it was unavailable) but this condo was a great substitute.We had a couple of small issues (remote wouldn’t work for the tv) but they we fixed the same day.We have rented from summit county rentals for years and they have always provided great service.

This condo is fantastic, great location, lots of room and quality furnishings (beds, mattresses, couch etc). It's always unfortunate when a nice place is poorly managed, I always feel bad for the owners. We arrived after driving all day, insane traffic delays etc. The condo didn't have enough towels for the number of people booked. When I messaged the management company about the shortage, they told me I had to get back in the car and come and get them at their office up the road!!!! It was New Years Eve and the village was a giant traffic jam. I wasn't going anywhere after driving all day. I asked if they could just drop them off the next morning when they had staff on site and they refused and said I had to come pick them up. I escalated the issue to VRBO, wasting an hour of my vacation time, only to have them tell VRBO that they'd be happy to drop them off the next day. Why couldn't they just have done that in the first place? Why is customer service so hard to find these days?
