First floor. Hot tub and pool right outside the door. Not too far to walk to the gondola and village.
Starter pack is VERY minimal. If you like to cook, you'll need to bring your own spices, oil, etc. Also will need to bring any kind of tinfoil, plastic wrap, zip locks, etc.
Plenty of towels and linens. Working Humidifiers were in each room.
