Entrance, living room with double sofa bed (160x200) and dining area, TV, cupboard opening onto SOUTH BALCONY with FURNITURE.

-Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing,
- horseback riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.

Très bel appartement au calme et au coeur d'Arcachon. Très bien aménagé, très joliment décoré.

Appartement résidence sécurisée parking rue assez calme même en plein mois d'août .On peut tout à faire à pied 5 min de la rue principale et 10 min à pied de la plage Jetée Thiers et pas très loin de la gare sncf . Il faudrait juste moderniser la cuisine pour que tout soit parfait et cloisonner le chauffaud . Super séjour à refaire sans hesiter.
