PALAIS RENOIR is a large 2 bedroom apartment located in a modern and secure building located a few meters from the Promenade des Anglais with its own parking space.
You will stay in a large family apartment. The stay will offer you a large living room, ideal for enjoying moments with friends or family.
You will be charmed by the beautiful size and brightness of the rooms. In addition, the location just a few meters from the sea will please you. You will also appreciate the terrace, ideal to enjoy a lunch in the sun.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor and has access by elevator and free wifi internet connection. A parking space is at your disposal for free, on prior request only (attention only for small and medium vehicle, the square is 2m16 wide by 4.80 long)

We enjoyed our stay. Found the entrance to the apartment difficult to open. Recommend getting a coffee plunger and netflixs and a larger TV. Collection and key drop off are at different locations; about wkm apart, suggest adding a drop of key box at the accomodation.

The position was great just off the Promenade and right by the tram stop. Great bakers, supermarkets and local restaurants nearby.
The apartment is quite basic with a poorly equipped kitchen. The parking is a nightmare. Do not enter in anything bigger than a sub sub compact. You will struggle to get out. Having to walk 15 minutes to pick up and drop off the keys is a pain.
