The private balcony is just off the living room and overlooks Dercum Square—home to an ice rink in winter and mini golf in summer—with beautiful views of the Gore Mountain Range and partial ski-slope vistas.
The remodeled kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. It is fully stocked with cookware and tableware, and the dining area seats four comfortably—perfect for easy meals or quick lunches between ski runs.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, mounted LED TV, and an updated en suite bathroom with a new walk-in shower, granite counters, and modern hardware. Slopes were a short walk through the village. Very easy. The kitchen was lacking some thimgd we assumed would be there - salt, pepper, some kind of oil.

Would recommend this unit to anyone. We would absolutely stay here again. Comfortable furniture. Great access to slopes and resort area. Lots of stocked kitchen utensils. Only issue is trying to keep the unit cool at night when it is hot during the day. Only issue was fridge and dishwasher handles kept falling off and was really hot at night (even with fans and trying to trap the cold air).

Location and activities were great! Only complaint was with the fire alarms which were so sensitive that even simple cooking was difficult. They would go off even with steam from the microwave.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 5 with a short walk to the River Run Gondola. Loved being right there in the middle of everything at River run. Lots of restaurants, shops, etc. It was convenient to have a locker for skis but do know that you have to keep the rest of your gear in the room. Only our skis and polls fit in the locker. We would definitely stay here again!
