Great apartment with easy/quick access to the lifts. Overall, very happy with this listing, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. If I had to improve anything, i'd prefer to not have to drive to a secondary location (5min down the road) to pick up the key and parking decal. .. otherwise, highly recommended.

The lodge is perfectly located in River Run Base Area. Easy walk to Gondola from ski lockers. Our problem came upon arrival. Both elevators were out of order. From garage, we had to haul our luggage (Family of 5) up 5 flights of stairs! Major problem! Our first 3 days of 5, we had to use the stairwell. Not even an apology for inconvenience. With a premium property and premium price, this was a HUGE disappointment! The individual unit was very nice but is smaller than it looks. Saying that it will sleep 8 is a joke. We had five and were tripping all over ourselves with limited ability to sit comfortably because couch was used for bed. So, great location but the building could use some active management! Also, all pre check-in materials were very helpful...highly recommended you review it. Would rate this higher if the elevators had worked!
