About this apartment rental
My apartment is a small 320 sq. ft unit in a safe and peaceful location, walking distance from CSU. Not located directly Downtown but literally minutes away from Downtown Cleveland’s best attractions and the Cleveland Clinic! In the unit there is a California King bed and black adjustable futon that converts into a bed. There’s an onsite store/restaurant “CURRENTLY OUT OF SERVICE, UNFORTUNATELY”, laundry room, small conference room, as well as an entertainment room with a pool table and a small gym. Come and experience a relaxed and comfortable stay.

The property itself is typically on the quiet side. Mostly occupied by students and professionals. The unit is a tiny and cozy space to relax and unwind.
Guest access
Parking is free for one car with the provided parking pass. Don’t want to get stuck in traffic? Public transportation is steps away to get you where you want to go. A bus stop is located right outside the building (The health line). Also there are typically scooters and bikes around or nearby the apartment that you can pay for to get around Downtown. A key fob will be provided to enter and exit the premises and a passcode will be provided to enter the apartment unit. Check in is anytime after 3pm and check out is at 11am.

The host was very informative and fast at responding with any questions throughout the whole booking process and stay. The room was very clean when we got inside! The perfect little cozy room for my husband, 5 month old and myself for the night! The room has everything you could possibly need. Even snacks and a few things to cook if needed. I was very thankful for the fridge because I am a pumping/nursing mom and needed a working fridge to store everything while I was there. The best was so very comfortable. BEST PILLOWS EVER! Very quiet in the room itself. Someone set off the smoke alarm on a different floor but we couldn’t hear it in the room. The smell I had read that other people complained about previously wasn’t bad once you were in the room. The lights and fire place were so cozy as well! You can tell that the place is loved and maintained! Definitely safe and secure in the building with all of your security features as well! Made us all feel very safe traveling!

Had a great stay, there was a smell of weed outside of the place, but once you go into the room it smells fine and you can hear outside traffic. Great stay and was really nice!

Pros: Christoper is a very nice and quick to respond host.The bed was comfy and the room was clean and smelled okWater gets very hot and has good pressure.Cons: The smell in the lobby/hallway is horrendous. There were most definitely people smoking weed and cigarettes in the building. The hall that we were on was enough to probably get a second hand high if you stood there long enough.The cookware was very old. The skillet had rust on it and the baking spray in the pantry was 3 years expired and had gone very bad.The air-conditioning in the room sounded like an airplane taking off every time it kicked on.Overall: Maybe second hand highs are your thing. If so and you like big comfy beds and the sound of airplanes this is the place for you!!
