You can walk to all of downtown. Easy place to park your rental in the garage. Ac is great for the hot summers. Comfy beds and nice open living room/kitchen downstairs. Easy to spread out.

Overall stay was fine. The home was clean, but did show signs of wear from previous guests. The main issues I had were how tight it was to get into the garage and the level of street noise that can be heard throughout the place, especially at night. There is also a window in the TV area of the main floor that doesn't seem to close properly.
