About this apartment rental
Easy Access Ground Level Apartment - Pet friendly with furnished patio, grill with propane and private fenced yard. King in master bedroom, 2nd sleeping area has double bed. Dog friendly. It is located at the 7th street beach walkover for quick and easy beach access, approximately a 100 foot walk. Only a six block walk into town for dining and great entertainment. This is a townhouse unit in a building that has three units.
WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! PLEASE SELECT THE "PET" BUTTON. Maximum 2 dogs and we do not accept cats or birds. The pet fee is $95.00 plus tax and covers both dogs. Please let us know the breed/s and weight/s of your dog/s upon booking.

Super close to the beach and a very quiet area of Folly. We love all the restaurants and entertainment, would recommend bringing a scooter or bike to get around from here. Overall super nice place and great location!

Great place. Was bigger than we expected. Walking distance to the beach was about 25 yards. The place was quiet and well kept. We would stay there again.

This location is great for beach access. The yard is a nice size for dogs as well. It was plenty of room for me and my boyfriend and two dogs.
