We enjoyed our stay here! Everything was as advertised. The only downfall of this location is it’s not within walking distance to anything other than the beach. No problem if you’ve got a car, but if you want to experience anything else that Destin has to offer, you will need to drive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great unit. Up to date. If you are a smoker I recommend being on the 1st floor as you have to go outside to the designated smoking areas to smoke. Not far from the beach. Great view. I did have the chance to see other units and I will say 305 East was better maintained than the others. The other wasn’t bad it just wasn’t my style. It was a great space for my husband and I and out 3 adult kids. We brought an air mattress for my 19 year old son. We opted out of using the sofa bed.
