We enjoyed our stay here! Everything was as advertised. The only downfall of this location is it’s not within walking distance to anything other than the beach. No problem if you’ve got a car, but if you want to experience anything else that Destin has to offer, you will need to drive.

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The place was filthy when we got there. Both bathroom sinks were clogged with hair and so was the bathtub in the hallway to where none of them drained this was something that when housekeeping cleaned it should’ve noticed that they didn’t drain. The dishwasher was clogged and the pump was out we had to call maintenance on that and turned out that we did not have a dishwasher the entire time we were there and no one told us that after they performed maintenance on it and found the pump to be defective. Overall where we stayed was nice on the beach but we will not be coming back.
